TRANSITION TO CLUB AUTOMATION:
Thank you for your patience! We are excited to announce that the Club Automation Portal and App will be available to our members starting Thursday, August 15th. From this date, all court reservations must be made through Club Automation. If you need assistance, our front desk team is ready to help.
To support you during this transition, we will have additional staff available on Thursday. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning. While we anticipate minimal disruptions, please do not hesitate to email the front desk if you encounter any issues.
Each primary account holder will receive an email from Club Automation on Wednesday, August 14th, with instructions for logging into our new app and portal. This email will provide step-by-step guidance on how to access the portal, download the app, and use features such as court bookings, account history, billing details, programs, and reservations. Please ensure you log into the portal before downloading the app.

Please check in with, email, or call the front desk to confirm that your email address on file is correct. (Note: This newsletter comes from a different program and may not align with your account information.)
With Club Automation, courts will become available one week in advance, similar to our old system. However, instead of becoming available on the hour, courts will be available for the entire day starting at 8am. Members can book one-hour or two-hour time increments.
Your current PRC swipe card will remain active. You can also use the QR code provided in the new app to check in. Please make sure to check in every time you visit the club, in addition to signing in for any group classes or workouts.
We request that all members and guests sign new liability waivers, which can be completed electronically once you are logged in.
