We are looking for a Marine League Coordinator for the 2022-2023 season.
The normal term is two years, but this time it is one year due to a mid-term handover.
The main tasks and responsibilities of the coordinator are listed below.
The current coordinator will give you advice throughout the season as you take over.

South Bay Marine League - LEAGUE ADMINISTRATION
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLUB COORDINATOR
Represent the Club at Marine League Board Meetings
1. Disseminate pertinent information to the club’s Captains after attending the Marine League meetings, and act as a club liaison.
2. Voting member of the Board, representing her club.
Rostering Meeting
1. Gather and be responsible for team rosters from each of her team Captain for the upcoming season.
2. Review rosters for correct codes for players that are being added or removed from team rosters.
3. Assist at rostering meeting as needed.
Schedule and Chair Club Meetings with Captains
1. Chair at least one meeting with club Captains per season.
2. Review club and Marine League rules.
Club Dues
1. Notify Captains of the due date for the roster deadline and provide payment address.
2. The Club Coordinator will make either one payment for club teams or instruct individual Captains on how to make the payment to the treasurer.
Maintain all Captains’ Information
1. Including names, email address and cell phone numbers of division and club information for each Captain. Update each season.
2. Notify Executive Board and website commissioners of any changes.
Schedules
1. Notify scheduling committee of any issues for hosting home matches by the dues deadline.
2. Provide scheduling committee school district calendar(s) most relevant to club and players.
3. Reserve courts for all scheduled home matches.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS - MARINE LEAGUE COORDINATOR
All clubs and parks must have a Coordinator in order to participate in South Bay Marine League. (7/14/97) (See: Appendix B “Responsibilities of the Club Coordinator”)
Will be the liaison between the South Bay Marine League organization and the PRC Marine League Board.
Will preside at PRC Marine League Board meetings.
Are elected by PRC Marine League participants to serve a term of two years beginning July 1 of each odd year.
Will preferably be chosen from a different PRC team each term.
Qualifications for nomination: Must be a PRC equity member in good standing. Must be a member of PRC Marine League for at least two (2) years and currently rostered on a PRC Marine League team.
