At the PRC Fitness Center
The Fitness Center at Peninsula Racquet Club offers individual and group workouts under the watchful eye of NSCA certified trainers with many years of high performance, rehabilitation and sports specific training experience.
Along with its breathtaking view, the PRC Fitness Facility offers state of art training equipment from 2 Rig Style racks to various cardiovascular machines, resistance bands, rubber medicine balls, battle ropes and plyometric boxes.
The club prides itself on providing a variety of different training platforms and challenge levels. With many years of experience the trainers are willing to address specific needs and help structure a training plan in order for PRC Fitness members to reach their own personal goals.
Fitness Center memberships are available for Peninsula Racquet Club members as well as members of the community.

45-minute group sessions for Juniors – Private Sessions also available
All sessions led by trainer Will Jones
Monday 3:00 – 3:45pm and 4:00 – 4:45pm
Tuesday 4:00-4:45pm and 5:30 – 6:15pm
Thursday 4:00-4:45pm and 5:30 – 6:15pm
All junior sessions are $20 or $180 for a ten-session packet
